I WILL NOT EVER NEVER EAT A TOMATO

This is another idea from Carol Read's talk. “I WILL NEVER NOT EVER EAT A TOMATO” is a fun book for fussy eaters and a good excuse to do a project about healthy food and eating habits.

We can start talking about food that they like or don't like. We could look at information about food pyramid and healthy habits:

I like and I don't like

Time to enjoy the book!

Lauren Child's books combine realistic photography with cartoons and text altogether; very playful and nice effect.

How is bread made?

Bread is made from wheat.

The wheat is made into flour.

The flour and other ingredients (water, salt, yeast..)
are mixed to make dough.

Then we cooked the dough in an oven.
